 Outdoor Preschool Program Our outdoor preschool is 75% outdoors with our beautiful classroom as our ‘home base’. The program runs 9:00am-1:00pm Monday through Friday with part time options available. The children will explore the acreage on site using the environment as the third teacher and be able to explore the full benefits of outdoor play including self regulation, problem solving, imagination, connecting with nature, socialization and many more. The children will learn kindergarten readiness through the Reggio Emilia Philosophy which allows the child to lead the day and use the environment as the third teacher. In our Preschool, the children learn phonics and work on their fine and gross motor skills through play. There are many opportunities a day for the children to explore natural materials and express themselves through dramatic play which helps foster independence, social development and cognitive development. Children need vitamin “G”…. We will be in contact with green environments as it is needed in frequent regular doses to help the developing child.  A healthy human habitat is an essential component to children’s early development and you can’t beat our acres of land, forest and trails to explore!

3-5 FULL DAY ENHANCED PRESCHOOL

We call this our “Preschool Enhanced Daycare” as we offer phonics, science and yoga! With a large outdoor play space, the children have the chance to explore outside every day!

 

 All teachers will have their Early Childhood Education and/or Special Needs certificate. Large beautiful outdoor space designed with the sole purpose to inspire children! Children form an understanding of themselves through interactions with others as well as having their thoughts and feelings valued. The environment is a teacher within itself and we want it to proudly say, “Explore! Create and have fun!”
